My first encounter with yoga dates from 2008 when I was living in Dublin, Ireland. Some years and some countries later, I am still under the spell of the amazing healing and solace the practice brings. I believe that yoga invigorates, strengthens and liberates; it never failed to bring me joy and it keeps giving me wonderful experiences.
I hold a PhD in Political Sciences from Université Libre de Bruxelles. I have worked for an airline, for a training company, as a baby sitter, as a researcher. I have been made redundant; not just once.
I have no kids, no pets, no illusions... but I have amazing friends, a wonderful roommate, a passion for truthfulness, a big appetite, a twisted sense of humour :))
ABOUT MY TRAINING
I’ve been a certified and practicing Yoga Teacher since 2014.
I accomplished the Ashtanga Teacher Training at the Yoga Loft Brussels, which brought into my life deep transformation, awareness and compassion. One year later, I also explored Yin Yoga with Joe Barnett at Sampoorna Yoga Brussels, which opened a different chapter on the extraordinary journey of yoga discoveries. In 2017 I accomplished 500h Teacher Training in Ashtanga Vinyasa with Sampoorna Yoga (for Body, Mind and Soul) in Goa, India.
I have been fortunate to practice with amazing and very knowledgeable teachers and followed workshops and masterclasses with Sarah Powers, Joe Barnett, Jo Phee, Damien De Bastier, Jeff Alexander, Pradeep Teotia, Paul Whelan, Maya Devi, Jeanette Van Wyk, Luke Jordan...
I find that each course followed and every class taught, every encounter with a teacher or a student offer an opportunity to learn and explore the richness of the practice, of the human body and the wondrous ways of the mind.
